ALSO, remember several evolutions of TM maybe back as far as last year we were talking about the next wave of 911 type attacks on US soil and the concensus was that things would start rolling in Europe first then the UK and quickly spread to the U.S. Do you remember that whole sequence, Godzilla? Do you think this is what we are seeing NOW?
If the gound invasion does roll forward, what role will Syria and Iran play in an overt manner? Syria and Iran seemed to have mobilized some fairly ummmm assertive hardware and troops. If they jump in, to what extent will the more moderate nations like Egypt and Saudi also see this as a chance to exterminate Zionism and also pile on...even at the risk of jarring some close financial ties to the west?

I remember the sequence. Europe is a terror nightmare because of the way moslems have immigrated into it. However, there have been persistent rumors of a BIG event, and I think that these are parts of it. May not match the sequence that was discussed, but the scope of this may now be getting bigger, especially if intel / evidence links others.

Unless they directly instigate something, they'll hide behind Hezbollah. Syria has out dated and poorly maintained equipment, they'd get creamed. Their only punch would be from FROG and SCUD equivalents. Iran has no way to reach Israel except via missiles. If they do something stupid, they would get seriously wacked by the US as an excuse to take out their nuclear program.

I doubt they would join in. This is a Shia - Sunni split and so far the arab world hasn't been too excited about supporting the Hezbollah/Iran axis because of the Mad One's secondary intentions of controlling the region.
