Kicking out phony inspectors from looking at sites prepped for "inspection" isn't really kicking anyone important out. Everybody knows they're working on weapons.

It just gives the media something to talk about.

Frankly I'd be surprised if the letter was strongly worded.

A vauge, ambiguous and very noncommital letter may be forthcoming though.........
