Whew!! When I first read the headline, I thought it said Vatican City
I had brief thoughts of becoming a Hindu.

I thought liberals were for doing things for the little people. The liberal elite want people like you and me to pay higher taxes for the 'little people,' but they are exempt from making any sacrifices for the 'little people' themselves. After all, they are just too good, too intelligent, too 'elite' to lower themselves in such a way.

The 1,700 "gold-circle" tickets those for seats closest to the stage will cost the most.
$602.50 + one case of Twinkies.

Maybe she can pick up one of those clotheslines she keeps prattling on about, while she's there.

I think the government should step in and put a limit on the ticket price at $5. I think Streisand is showing total disregard to the Middle Class with her exhorbitant ticket prices (isn't that similar to what the Democrats are arguing against WalMart?)
To: winner3000
I think the people who are investigating big oil for price gouging should turn their attention to this instead.
3 bucks for a gallon of gas that will move a 2000 lb auto 30 miles seems cheap compared to 600 dollars to hear this person sing.

Now that I think about it. Where is the windfall profits tax on this ?
I WANT A WINDFALL PROFITS TAX ON BABS.
WHERE IS THE LUXURY TAX THAT THEY PUT ON CARS ON BOATS.
