The term 'hate-crime' should just be removed from any legal consideration. For any non-accidental act where violence is involved, there is always a level of hate. Noone would ever say they wanted to hurt the victim because they liked him a lot. Agree!

It's looking more and more like the NG soldier made up the story about who beat him up and why. He was beat up, but per the investigators there are details in his story that just don't sound right.

I was at the game last Saturday for the Governors cup. Disappointed that Gov. Blunt wasn't there but Lt. Gov Kinder was.
Good game. Unless the Rams play the Chiefs, I root for them as well being a Missouri team.
