Well .. when Isaiah 17:1 is fulfilled .. maybe you'll change your mind .. but then you've already made up your mind and I wouldn't want to confuse you with facts.
The fact that "protestants" are beneath you tells me a lot. I had a lot of friends when I was growing up - some of whom were Catholics .. but I never held that against them. But .. to say we're incompetent to read and interpret the scriptures .. how uncouth of you.
And .. you stick with your "Fathers" teaching - I'll stick with "the" Father!
Not 'beneath' me, just outside the Church, therefore not likely to read the Church's books right.
Christianity is a way of life founded upon a Person, not an ideology founded on a text. Outside that way of life, folks tend to read the texts wrong.
