Yes, I heard part of it! He was exactly right in pointing out that Chavez probably thought this was acceptable, since the democrats have been saying stuff like this since Bush was elected. Plus, what Americans go visit Hugo? Cindy Sheehan, Jesse Jackson, Danny Glover, Jimmy Carter....heck, Carter has accused the President of condoning torture!
I was glad to hear Rush and I hope he continues today. The democrats need to have Hugo Chavez hung around their necks like an albatross.

Graham's background has made him one of Congress' top legal experts on military law and the senator has backed the Bush administration's stand on dealing with terrorism suspects. Are they series or what?

Wonder if any 'academic dean' ever invited Hitler to speak at Columbia?
I especially liked the female student's complaint that he should have been given a 'fair hearing.'
Ummmmm.......why don't you try finding out what the anti-Semitic terrorist dictator has already said, dear??
Good to see, at least, that there's a touch of common sense in at least ONE person in academia. Sometimes you wonder.....
But nonetheless, another point for our side. GOOD day yesterday! :)

Sure, it's a violation of the
principle. (That a member of the legislature serve under the orders of the president in the military is also a conflict.)
There are several violations of the
principle allowed- and even required- in the Constitution.
All that matters legally is whether it's a vioation of the Separation of Powers in the Constitution, not of the principle in general.

Senator Lindsey Graham can't be a lot of things. He can't be a man for one and secondly, he can't be strong enough to stand up to his lover, John McCain and stand for Conservative Values.

I'm sorta slow on the uptake. I'll have to think about that for a while.
