Real last sentence.
Graham's background has made him one of Congress' top legal pimps on military law and the senator has screwed the Bush administration on dealing with terrorism suspects.
No, not Goober - this is a more appropriate comparison:

Nancy Von Trotsky on Chavez, "........... but all he is is an everyday thug."
LOL
We noticed it on the live thread, starting here:

And I heard them talking about it tonight on Brit's show.
That is the BIG news coming out of that diatribe today.
Let's see who picks up on it.

That should really be on its own thread.
Missed all the news today. Was all set to watch Chavez when relatives descended on me. Fell asleep at 8PM and just now catching up.
Is Chavez STILL here?
Sadam is still in jail
"Hugo Chavez fancies himself a modern day Simon Bolivar but all he is an everyday thug," House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi said at a news conference, referring to Chavez' comments in a U.N. General Assembly speech on Wednesday.
"Hugo Chavez abused the privilege that he had, speaking at the United Nations," said Pelosi, a frequent Bush critic. "He demeaned himself and he demeaned Venezuela."
Simon Bolivar led the fight for independence against Spanish rule in several South American countries in the early 19th century and is cited by Chavez as a political model.
Heh.
You know, I couldn't find out whether he left the country or not!
The NY papers are calling him "The Oil Pimp!"
He is a greasy sleezeball.....the name fits.
Yes....... smell the sulfur?
;-)
Seriously, I don't know if he left or not. I wouldn't doubt that he's still lingering here.
That...any brylcream.
