Found it in a piece by Byron York (referring to Bush nominating Roberts and introducing him as opposed to Clinton's announcement of Ginsberg):

"Everyone got a look at Roberts, and after a few words both he and the president quickly moved offstage. No questions asked.

In one skilful stroke, Bush got maximum exposure for his new nominee and, at the same time, managed to avoid the problems that beset Bill Clinton back in 1993 when he nominated Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

You may remember that Clinton introduced Ginsburg in a White House ceremony and that Ginsburg gave a speech that paid tribute to the women’s movement, the civil-rights movement and Hillary Rodham Clinton, among others.

At the end of it, President Clinton, who appeared to have been moved by Ginsburg’s remarks, opened things up for questions and Brit Hume, then with ABC News, asked about the chaotic process — Hume said it had “a certain zigzag quality” — that led to Ginsburg’s nomination.

Clinton’s face reddened with anger. “How you could ask a question like that after the statement she just made is beyond me,” Clinton said. He then stalked away.

That was perhaps the model of how not to unveil a Supreme Court nominee. Bush did better."

I do recall one occasion when someone asked him a question he didn't like and his face turned red and he stalked back into the White House. I don't remember the questioner or the circumstances, but this was the real Bill Clinton that we know and love.

Wasn't that when Sam Donaldson(?) asked him: "Mr. President, are you going to resign?" LOL:)

I remember that incident. Sperry asked Clinton a question which he didn't like and he got all red-faced and hostile, and I think Perry was afterward denied access to the White House. I can't remember the question, though.

Of course he's mad about that movie. Americans love sight and sound bytes that wrap things up neatly. That movie, move than anything, wrapped up the Clinton presidency when those two FBI types were in the limousine watching Clinton lying to us as he pointed his finger at us idiots out here in la-la land and swore he never "had sex with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky"......The Clintons are experts at sound and sight bytes. That one, him lying to the nation and those FBI guys mentioning how pathetic he was. That was the KILLER in that ABC movie, I knew it just as soon as I saw it. It was a killer sound and sight byte and it is, I suggest softly, the scene that Americans consider a proper summation of the Clinton presidency.

Best summation in the entire thread of the source of Clinton's anger.

In retrospect, instead of worrying about what was said and what was not and who said it..they simply should have asked that one scene with his wagging finger be removed. In context of a plot to strike this country, it makes him appear very small that this is how he chose to occupy himself in an office the People entrusted to him temporarily.

People may long for the illusion of peace and prosperity of the nineties, I think they do. When confronted with the "Fill In The Blank" moments unnoticed then such as the planning for 9-11? I really don't think they long for Billy to give an encore on his sax.
