Prayers for CT going up from Scottsdale, Arizona.

I also want to caution you to make sure you don't wear yourself out, because if you get sick, you won't be much use to anyone.

I put my kids first too, work full-time, etc., but I'm suffering my SECOND cold in 3 weeks, which my 3-year-old granddaughter "gave" me. Not to mention, it was my birthday on Sunday and I was too miserable to really enjoy it.

So take care of yourself...and I'll say a prayer for you too, Lisa!

Dear Lisa:

You need to take care of yourself first so you can help CT.

Regarding your family just follow your 'inner voice' and do what it tells you to do.

But right now, please get some rest & good food so you can stay well.

My beloved husband is also having a health challenge at the moment and I have been very anxious. What I've learned works for me is to ask God to hold my hand during this time.

I take time each day to go to a quiet place for a few minutes. Then I sit in silence and repeat: "Be still and know that I am God". It refreshes my soul and I feel at peace.

Remember that so many freepers are praying for you and CT. All those prayer will sustain and strengthen both of you.

UPDATE:
Getting ready to head to CT's home, his step-son is bringing him home from the hospital. I will be staying there with him for a few days, so will update as I can. He seems to be doing well, thanks again for prayers and caring everyone.

I appreciate the updates. Look forward to more and a lot of good news. From experience, have you availed your health of home visits for care giveres. My experience is with Hospice, who are wonderful.
