Any word on fall out risk in Japan as a result of this test? (Radiation? Again? That would *really* irritate the hell out of them.)
What seems to me pretty important, though, is that Japan is taking over some "special" seat/be the head of something at the UN. Monday morning. As head of whatever ( I missed hearing all of this...sorry ), I'll give you three guesses as to what the Ambassador from Japan is going to have to say.
