Lord Jesus, thank You for this faithful man. We ask You to be with him now and keep him safe. Please send holy warring angels to defend him now and be with all the medical personnel tending to him and with all those who love him. May You do Your holy sovereign will for our beloved brother now. Thank You for Your miracle working power, for Your shed blood, and for the stripes on Your back by which we are healed!

I just got home and am shocked at this news. I pray he can recover.

Surely You are the God of healing and restoration, and we confess that nothing is too difficult for You. Stretch forth Your hand of healing upon Tonk, Father, and bring new life to his body. Renew and restore every cell, tissue, and organ to perfect function. We confess that You will bring good from this entire situation as You work all things for Tonk's benefit and Your glory.
