If you're going to go to war, you've got to overwhelm your enemy by all means necessary. And what does that mean in Iraq? Carpet bombing, or guerilla warfare? We're already doing guerilla warfare.
We didn't overwhelm the Phillipines, the Brits didn't overwhelm Malaysia and the El Salvadorans and Nicaraguan Contras didn't overwhelm their countries.
