The neighbor is a stone-cold coward, but he's probably right about the sign bringing down the wrath of jihad on them. Then what do they do?
When you live in a country where the people willingly surrendered their guns to the government, I guess you have more concerns about such things since you have no means to defend yourself.

presiding magistrate Anne Rees said she and her colleagues felt the words on the banner were likely to cause someone distress I know they don't have a First Amendment in Britian, but whatever form of free speech they have is meaningless if it only protects speech that doesn't "cause someone distress".
