I guess that they don't appreciate advice from Canadian cannibals.

Read the entire amendment.

The first couple paragraphs (the only portion which will be printed on the ballot) states that "No person may clone or attempt to clone a human being." That sounds simple enough, until you read the "definitions" section of the amendment.

Section 6.2 defines "clone or attempt to clone a human being" as "to implant in a uterus or attempt to implant in a uterus anything other than the product of fertilization of an egg from a human female by a sperm of a human male for the purpose of initiating a pregnancy that could result in the creation of a human fetus, or the birth of a human being."

In other words, Amendment 2 attempts to redefine "cloning" as "implantation" AND it permits cloning as long as that cloned "blastocyst" (section 6.1) is NOT allowed to result in the birth of a live baby.

These are only two examples of how horrible this amendment is.

I encourage everyone to read/study it, and to encourage all Missouri voters to do the same. I believe that if people know what's in this amendment, they will reject it.

Do you really think your irrational, feeling based tirade will convince anyone?

Do not misunderstand my post. I was not in support of Fox, it is just that we must also acknowledge who he is in order to better refute him. Coming out and blasting him is unequivically ineffective. You must paint him as a tragic figure (which he is) and get people to understand that his desperation clouds his judgement. That is the only way to frame this debate and win.
