KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Four people have been indicted on charges of voter fraud in Kansas City, officials said Wednesday.

Investigators said questionable registration forms for new voters were collected by the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, a group that works to improve minority and low-income communities.

The four indicted -- Kwaim A. Stenson, Dale D. Franklin, Stephanie L. Davis and Brian Gardner -- were employed by ACORN as registration recruiters. They were each charged with two counts.

Federal indictments allege the four turned in false voter registration applications. Prosecutors said the indictments are part of a national investigation.

ACORN and Project Vote recruit and assign workers to low-income and minority neighborhoods to register people to vote.

I've heard ACORN members have actually hired on to different campaigns doing phone polls and endorsements.

I almost felt sorry for them because they both looked like street people.

Your encounter with the left reminds me of one with the NYT. They call and solicit for subscriptions. I told them their newspaper was UNFIT for puppy liter and that I'm not a LEFTIST. With that they called me an obscenity and hung up. It's typical of the left - all EMOTION and DISINFORMATION to get you to hate the right.

All the more reason for FReepers to carry around either digital still cameras or video cameras in their cars, etc. so as to get the perps' faces and license plates recorded to turn over to the cops.

They'll vote 5-6 times in Missouri if they get them through the process of approval. Dead people count in Missouri. ACORN members get smokes and booze for the numbers that they register, fake or not.

Here in Houston, they were giving free flu shots near the polls, for voting early. That was the bright idea of our Dem mayor.

After one day, and the obvious result that only Dems were taking advantage of the offer, and it was only being done in 5 low-income areas, the plan has now been abandoned. This *is* Texas, after all.

ACORN has been at it since Algore lost. IF we only knew how many dead people and pets have been voting since then, we'd lynch some RATS. Still, you haven't seen voter fraud until you see what's going to happen in NM on Tuesday. We've got 30K illegals that Governor Bill Richardson allowed to have driver's licenses. With those, they were allowed to register to vote and even though the Republican Party has filed suit, they haven't been forced to turn those records over yet. IOW, they KNOW it's fraud so they don't want us to know until it's too late. By the time the election is over that moron Patricia Madrid will become the most corrupt Congresswoman in the nation. As our attorney general she's been caught taking kickbacks.
