Voted straight Republican. Voted no on 41 and 48. Voted no on library and school bonds in PDX. For Multnomah county judge position 31 voted for Albrecht instead of the one who was having an affair with my husband. Now my EX.

Crimeny - Typical Oregon.

Did any Oregonian's actually read the voter's pamphlet? Or did they just watch TV commercials?....lazy... selfish... good for nothin... (except the Freepers, of course)

I'm disgusted at the numbers for 43.

Last I saw, it was Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties they were reporting....is there hope??

I suppose it's OK for the sheeple to see what the Dems intend for the world in the next two years, then perhaps the pendulum will swing back in 2008. Frustrating though.

Well, now that's an encouraging thought. Frustrating, yes, but you do have a point.

**May those of us in Oregon mire in our continued mediocrity.**

We need to keep working for the Oregon Republicans although. This state will turn.

Pathetic. 15 -year old girls should still be able to undergo a surgical procedure without the knowledge of their parents. Hard to believe that so few Oregonians can see the insanity in that.

Don't get down on yourself too badly there. We are gaining in some of these numbers. Hooley's, for example, are much lower than they have been in the past.

The numbers for 43 on the news was 60+% NO - I think I was so unbelieving at that point I turned it off. Just checked the State site and it has 58% No and 42% yes. Still disgusting. Actually, it breaks my heart for all the young girls.

Multnomah County is still the big dog in the room...aside from 67% for teddie the numbers are less than that for the ballot measures. There is still hope.

You and me both - I thought it was a no-brainer - but apparently over half the state could give a rip about a 15 yr old girl.
