Glenn Beck seemed to be doing well until the suits had him have Al Sharpton on for a whole hour. That was enough for me. Haven't put his show on again. Can't be bothered with MSM and that includes our (ha ha) side.
It has nothing to do with the Germans. A far-left wing organization (The Center for Constitutional Rights) headquartered in New York City has selected a German court to file charges against Rumsfeld. The reason they selected Germany is that German laws give the German courts jurisdiction anywhere in the world over the issue of war crimes. This group filed the same suit several years ago but the German court threw it out on the grounds that the US already has laws that handle war crimes.
Try googling on Center for Constitutional Rights and you'll see what a Commie organization they are. The granddaughter of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg is an attorney on the staff.
Of course, the articles and headlines you see about this in the mainstream press don't give you this information.
Homeland Security will be THER perfect engine for buying votes. Got to have "Homeland Security" everywhere since they will try to sell "Fortress America" as the proper response to terrorism instead of the "failed Bush policy" of Forward Defense.
And Homeland Security will be utterly unassailable. NO one can vote against it and survive so it will sail right thru Congress.
That it will be for trillions in utterly useless graft and voting buying "prestige" projects will not matter to the Dinocons. No, the Dinocons will just be all giddy because all their Neo Isolationists dogmas will be validated by the Dems. That THEIR pocket will being picked to pay for all of it will not matter.
Then using their Democrat Noise Machine and their "real Conservative" Democrat trolls like Mike Savage, they will blame the Republicans for nothing being done on the Border while praising Democrats for "Cutting out of control spending" by the Republicans!
I cannot figure out how our 100%ers can be so blind. All the Big name Democrats who are going to be running thing are from pre-1994. I guess they all forgot just how utterly ruthless the Dems are when running the show.
The difference you will now see in Congress is the difference between a High School Guidance Counselor Convention running the Congress and the Mob running the joint.
The irony of all the 100%er outrage and angst around the Conservative world would be gut bustlingly funny if it were not so utterly dangerous to our future. Our 100%ers were upset because the glass was only 70% full of Conservative values so now they poured that out to get themselves a glass 100% full, of pure poison.
It is a perfect win-win-win for them. Lose-lose-lose for us.
Kick good people to the curb, a price is paid. I just don't know what that price will be yet.
One of our very own freepers co-wrote a book about Soros...I think it is called "The Shadow Party" or something.
Have either of you read it?? I haven't, maybe there are some hints in that book, how to take down Soros.
aw jeez...Kristol just totally discounted anything that Rummy has done as being good....called him a 'total failure as a Sec. of Defense'....
I am so angry....even Juan Williams in a slap at Cheney, complimented Rummy for what he did in getting Saddam.
It must be a DC thing. Kick any one who appears to be down. (I think Rummy served his country well and is no way "down".)

Right, judicial nominees, the aggressive war on terrorism, Kyoto, tax cuts, etc. are the politics of the center left. How anyone could defend conservative talk radio is beyond me. They deserve as much criticism and cynicism as they dish since they stand to profit most by submerging the conservative agenda. Think again about their target rich environment...it wasn't about the cause, it was about them making a living.
NO problem, the idea is to win hearts and change minds.
