I doubt it. People who eat out too much and people who eat out and eat fast foods too much are not doing their health any good anyway unless they are very careful about what they eat when they eat out. I doubt a little trans-fat is going to be harmful..might even be good for you so banning it from restaurants won't benefit much because those who care about what they eat aren't eating it anyway. Those who don't care will still suffer from what they eat.
Next there will be knock raids on homes where illegal trans fat is suspected of being sold or consumed.

If donuts are cooked in trans-fats enforcement could be a real problem.
