Sounds like the incoming Congress.
Senator Ted Stevens speaking.... He has made a couple of mistakes, and he really isn't a good speaker.

I hope Congressman Broomfield is OK. Poor fella. He used all his strength to come and pay respects to his old friend.

You should hear Stevens on the Senate Floor when he's ripping into someone .. he does the same thing, but he's fun to watch

The poor chap's synapses aren't firing very well anymore. Stevens really does need to retire, for reasons that go beyond him being the king of earmarks.
