Thank you.

DrDeb, thank you, soooo much for all the information...it's uplifting!

Interesting that, since Condi is so tall, she can look a lot of these Ambassadors and Statesmen right in the eyes. I think it gives her a lot more presence with them.

Something's fishy in the photos in #8. Most of the people in the photos with W are white, but Cardozo is like 99.99% Black.
Were they staged, or was there some kind of event that attracted whites to the school?

On Brit Hume's show, it was reported that Obama wrote a memo that says the Democrats must find ways to 'contain the President'. Fred Barnes response was right on the mark....'..Obama is not looking for ways to contain Al Queda, or Iran, or North Korea or Chavez....he(Obama)doesn't know who the enemy is...'
Think I'll call Obama's office tomorrow to ask if he's working on a plan to contain Iran or North Korea...

Iraq's new political life is either ignored or dismissed as irrelevant.Wow that is great news. The President should describe this in his State of The Union Speech and the Administration should get this information to the people. The congressmen who visit just go to Bagdad and stay a few hours and miss all this. I have found in my years working overseas that you have to live in a country for a year or two to really understand what is going on in the country. And you can't just stay in a hotel in the capital and learn much.Few congressmen or newsmen learn much about the country because they don't have the time.
Thank you for posting this information.

Looking a little tense there. But if I had to put up with the 'Rat "leadership" in Congress, I'd be a whole tenser.
I'd be ready to run up the Jolly Rodger and start slitting throats.

I sure hope so, tom. I'm really tired of the scam these guys are pulling on the American people.

Laura would be crucified by the press if she had any 'work' done.
Although even the male democrats (see Kerry) get a little help.
And some of the dem women are beyond help.

That's the problem with every new toy we get.
We immediately become addicted and can't live without our toys.
I now cannot live without high speed internet, Tivo, my cell phone ....
Well, I guess I could but I don't want to think about it.

Fred's right. The left hasn't got a clue as to who the bad guys really are.
They have made the man who is saving their skins the enemy.
Fortunately, he is a man of impeccable character and honor, and will continue to save them in spite of themselves.

I think the volunteers are white. The event is held at the school but reading my caption again I suspect they are not necessarily pupils or staff at the school

My laptop keyboard is pretty big for a laptop. I don't want to have to tote around another keyboard for it, tho I did buy a wireless mouse because I hate sliding my finger up and down to navigate.
Have you seen the ergonomic keyboards? They kind of look like they're split in two. Weird, but some people swear by them.
So, tomorrow is my first day as a professor! I can't believe it!
We got snow. Last nght I dreamed it was all gone. Wishful thinking, I suppose! View from my deck door

LOL! I try never to pray for football games.
Actually, I think maybe God is amused by our passion for things of no real consequence.
btw, still wondering who that was who showed up at the BCS championship game and got creamed by Florida.........who, incidentally is STILL in second place behind OSU after the game.........hehe.........

There's some press out there that are really starting to annoy me ... and worry me. They are doing grave damage to this fine nation, and they just don't let up, decade after decade.
