A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day
Free Republic made its debut in September, 1996, and the forum was added in early 1997.   Over 100,000 people have registered for posting privileges on Free Republic, and the forum is read daily by tens of thousands of concerned citizens and patriots from all around the country and the world.
A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day was introduced on June 24, 2002. It's only a small room in JimRob's house where we can get to know one another a little better; salute and support our military and our leaders; pray for those in need; and congratulate those deserving. We strive to keep our threads entertaining, fun, and pleasing to look at, and often have guest writers contribute an essay, or a profile of another FReeper.
On Mondays please visit us to see photos of A FEW OF FR'S VETERANS AND ACTIVE MILITARY
If you have a suggestion, or an idea, or if there's a FReeper you would like to see featured, please drop one of us a note in FR mail.
We're having fun and hope you are!

Welcome to Warm Fuzzy Wednesday at the Finest. For those who start counting the days on Monday until the weekend, we're halfway there! So we're here to banish those doldrums and make you smile inside! Please feel free to post sweet graphics and/or little stories that make you feel all warm and fuzzy - or just come by and give us a smile. Only two more days 'til the weekend!

Doesn't President Bush look great. He must have really beamed when he was a new Daddy. I can tell by his expressions in photos, he really enjoys being with the babies and kids. :)

You look so comfortable. Nice to be home on a cold evening. How was your class last night? What topic in art are you teaching right now? I admire art talent. I always wished I had that talent.

Your dog doesn't go along to ski but to swim? We barely got to 20º today and til I saw that photo of Toby, I'd been able to keep warm! LOL!

I love Bev Doolittle's work. Seeing her painting Pintos against the snow years ago made me search out her other work.

i am ready to leave.. re the Pinto work. It was originally about 80. Now the resells (IF YOU CAN FIND THEM) exceed 10,000.

I think she is in NC now?

off to church

Well, we hiked today. Try tomorrow to ski(One of the shoe attachemtns came off John's ski). Toby does the Hippo bit in water. Josy jumps in the deep pools, ponds after sticks. Year round.

I Love your Pics, Dear Dolly, Especially the One of Toby! From your Descriptions and Pics of him, he is a Very Wonderful Friend. : )

A Few Minutes Ago, I Looked Up from my Computer, and there were 6 Bluebirds Sitting on the Little Barbed Wire Fence at the Back of the House, and a Male Cardinal was a Few Feet Away from them, Foraging Among the Leaves and Grass; what Lovely Birds these are! The Colors our Lord Created for the Cardinal, both Male and Female, are just Incredible. How Very Beautiful are the Works of our King!

Warm Fuzzy Wednesday Poetry

Little Lynxie

I was just beginning my wide eyed 50 cent tour
Marveling at the differences my paws found across the huge floor
Some parts were soft and fuzzy and other were hard and slick
I knew that if I were to move on the hard and slick I had to learn some tricks

Since my paw pads slipped and my claws just could not dig in
Every time I tried to run I wound up in a sliding spin
Then slink and wiggle to someplace where I could get a grip

As My Big and Pretty One's laughter helped me with my trip
Down the long and shiny hard wood floor with an unexpected bounce
Wondering if the picture they took of me when I was ready to pounce
Makes me look more like I was just about to flounce?

I wasn't able to be here for Warm Fuzzy Wednesday... bummer! That's what happens working full time with absolutely no time to sneak in a little FReeping at the job. Took a quick look here just now and looks like everyone enjoyed, GeeBee!!
