I absolutely agree with you and find it sickening that we have so many kneejerk, pile on posters always eager to bash President Bush. Idiots and trolls.

Well said, snugs. I've always considered the Dose more of a social thread than one for heavy political discussion. There's plenty of outlets for that stuff. But the Dose is perhaps the only thread here where people can enjoy keeping up with the President's activities, and those of his family, pets and leading administration figures, and have some fun doing it.

One doesn't have to agree with the President at all to have an interest in his activites or to enjoy the social aspects of the Dose. I think that's what we all want to preserve.

I just needed a clarification of what was meant by 'political discussion.'

We have those all the time, but not of the controversial nature.
