You know I am probably about the only freeper who hasnt watched 24, but now knowing that the producer is like minded as me, I might just give the show a shot.
You cant count me in on that also.
I tell you, I have real qualms about the plot line this year. They seem to be trotting out a lot of liberal = good, conservative = bad BS. I hoping it's all a set up and the good guys actually end up looking like good guys at the end.
"You know I am probably about the only freeper who hasnt watched 24..."
Nope. I have yet to see it either. But I may try to catch one.
I was the third, but everyone told me how great this season's opener was, so when I saw it on DVD for $8.99 at BJ's, I picked it up & watched it. I'm hooked now, I put them in my Netflix queue and they should start arriving tomorrow.
I'll stand up and be counted as I've never watched 24 either. I find reality dramatic enough.
RE: 24...I have never watched it but I guess I need to do so.
RE: Comedy News...I'm not sure aping the libs with a similar format is that bright.
Many people have noted that; but I think not. Some day we may indeed face the prospect of a suspension of civil liberties in a national emergency. I do not relish that possibility.
Hopefully this is the start of a few Conservative shows. The only danger it has is trying to be PC to not get flamed by the leftist press.
PRay for W and Our Troops
I think it will be good. Liberals do not watch or listen to anything connected with Republicans. In fact, I have heard college students say on tv, Republican like it was worse than a curse word.
Most everyone likes jokes and I think people will watch.
Add me to the 'Haven't seen "24"' list.
Me too! And me too!
24 ROCKS !!!!!!!!
Nope. I have yet to see it either. But I may try to catch one.
Just a caution from a 24 fan, you can't watch just one. It is like potato chips or popcorn, it is addictive. Also, it is hard to just jump in in the middle of a season and just start watching. It is best watched from the beginning or else you will be lost in the plot. Although, it is always great to just jump in and watch Jack Bauer give the bad guys what they have coming to them. This season he even tortured his own brother! What a guy!
I don't have a TV in my apartment so you can add me to the list of never having seen 24 or most any other shows. Am I missing much??????
"I don't have a TV in my apartment" You can only be better off not having a TV. I find turning it off for a few days is a heathy thing to do
I guess we are the only 2, now.....
