No prob then. Strategically speaking, it would make much more sense to delay any civil action against the ho until AFTER she inks the book deal. Am I missing something?

Time-barred - 2 years in our state for civil. It would probably take her 10 years to get the first draft together.

P.S. That's unless Judith Miller wants to give her an advance and hype it on whatever news program she's a consultant for now. Then, Judy can write the check to the boys and wait for her big return.
