A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day
Free Republic made its debut in September, 1996, and the forum was added in early 1997. Over 200,000 people have registered for posting privileges on Free Republic, and the forum is read daily by tens of thousands of concerned citizens and patriots from all around the country and the world.
A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day was introduced on June 24, 2002. It's only a small room in JimRob's house where we can get to know one another a little better; salute and support our military and our leaders; pray for those in need; and congratulate those deserving. We strive to keep our threads entertaining, fun, and pleasing to look at, and often have guest writers contribute an essay.

My husband has been home for a little over a year now. We are kind of expecting him to go back relatively soon though. We haven’t heard anything official, that’s just speculation.
Sorry I didn’t reply sooner. I only get on the internet at work, so my posting may be sparse. Good to see both of you!

Just finishing a long stretch of hard work and busyness ... Easter weekend is a good time to let go the reins and see if I can remember how to relax.
Love the pic of your honey locust. I have black locust trees growing along a picket fence next door ... in another month, they'll be rich with those same kinda white blossoms, and their scent is sweet, but faint. These trees have some nasty thorns, are tall and graceful ... I love it when they're in bloom.
Wishing our Number One Hostess a conservatively graceful and abundantly joyful Easter.
