Hope everyone is having a blessed Sunday.
Hi Stranger! Good to see you.
LOL, good to see you too, Mayor!
Hi Billie ... yes, that’s my sketch ... from 3 years ago ... had plum forgotten about it until yesterday morning ... someday, I’lll take it a little further and throw some color into it.
Thanks for your pic of the same scene ... yeah, that’s the Guy ... )
I had a quiet Easter Day, working and looking after a sick kitten, who gets to go to the vet today
Putting her in a box for the downhill ride to town is gonna make me feel like a big meanie, and I dread it. But, she’s gotta get some help to heal up ... so I can be tough and endure it if she can ... I hope.
She’s a stray who found shelter on my porch last week ... will have the vet fix her, too ... then, see if I can find a home for the little sweet thang.
I have a lot of catching up to do on F. R. Haven’t been on since Wednesday...down in back plus had much work to do like everyone. Two church services, Thursday and Sunday, plus cooking and getting ready for Easter.
I love your Easter greeting...its darling!
Loved your Easter Blessings pic. Hope you had a wonderful and blessed Easter. I am running behind.........haven’t been on here since Wednesday!
Beautiful, Meg!
So good to see you posting again, Purple!
Another beauty, Billie Blue!
Very nice, Aqua.....I attended Maundy Thursday and Sunday morning about our Risen Saviour! Lot of tears on cheeks....
How Great He Is!
Oh my goodness, how beautiful! Are these from your garden? That iris is my favorite....not that the rose isn’t beautiful, but I love iris! My mama always had so many in every color. Cars would stop by the side street of her house to view them. When someone would ask for a start, she would get her shovel and dig it up for them. I hope she is surrounded by iris’s in Heaven today!
Thank you, Mama Bear!
Thank you for our John 3:16 and your beautiful Easter egg greeting!
Thank you. Yes, those are from my garden. This one is also. It is one of my favorite roses, American Dream.
I love irises too. I don't have many, just a cluster of about 25 blooming in the corner of my yard. They are all the same variety; purple. I just wish their blossoms lasted just a bit longer. Just like with my lilac. It is so beautiful, but the flowers only last a few days and then it is just a green bush the rest of the summer.
I hope your mom is surrounded by irises too. I hope my grandmother is surrounded by lilacs and violets, her favorite flowers. :-)
Thank you, Jaycee!

Hi (((( Maj ))))
We miss you! Look forward to May and seeing you here regularly again. :)
I hope you are doing well and had a wonderful Easter.
Hugs!
(((((((Purple)))))))!
Just read your post at WFW thread with the picture of Coffee. I wonder what caused the wound on her back; you're such a good and caring animal lover to take in a stray and see it gets medical attention before trying to find it a new home. Am glad to hear the vet could get her fixed up. We are many of us such softies for these sweet little four-legged friends. :)
Thank you, jaycee. I hope your back is doing okay now. Sorry to be so very late in acknowledging your post - we've had company since Easter and I haven't been around to read my pings. Hope everything is going well for you - see you on WFW thread, and hope to get there in a few minutes while company is taking a nap. :)
