Guilliani is the last on the my list before you get to Democrats, Which makes sense, sense he should be running as Democrat. There is only have a 5% difference between him and Bill Richardson, the first Democrat on my list.

No not just the wealthy, While I support lowers taxes I want a decrease too.
The Patriot Act harms civil liberties
Yes the Patriot limits civil liberties for a purpose and for a limited time.
Replace US troops with the UN
There might be a time when they could, later.
Teach family vales in public school.
I would be happy if they didn't teach against them.
