Ask the ACLU, I’m sure they made sure he could get away with this.
And I would have to agree, if I was a father of one of those children there I would make it my solemn vow to hunt this man down and eliminate him in the most painful and lengthy means possible.
Be sure, there would be no evidence left, and I would have a few rock solid alibis, namely the other parents ;)
