Those fish look great. Do they taste good?
I go fishing on a party boat in NJ about 6 times a year when the large flounder (fluke) starts hitting. Water is just too cold for them yet.

Do they taste good? Yes they do. I personally like the the trout better than the salmon, but that's just me.
