“The Ransom of Red Chief”
Oh, man, wait until that story gets around his cellblock....
‘Never bring a pellet gun to a broom fight.’
Now thats funny.
Very clever
Indeed, it sounds like he got his bell Rong.
"He should be glad the family name wasn't Dong or Wang. Can you imagine having to tell inmates he was beaten by a bunch of Dongs or Wangs?"
(Lord, I apologize for that statement)
ROTFLMAO!
If that happened, he would be greated with a warm soapy embrace, I suspect.
I had a buddy of mine who kept a three foot long 1/2 inch dia wooden dowell as a home defense weapon. It is lightweight and devestating if you swing it at someone at full force. He confronted a knife welding burglar who broke into his house with it. By the time the cops arrived the burglar was hit atleast a hundred times (welt marks) and had his arm and legs broken when the stick struck where the muscles are the thinnest (i.e shins, forearm near the wrists), and several spots on the skull had hairline cracks. In essence, the burglar was severely caned. The officer at the scene told the burglar after surveying the injuries, if they were delayed another ten minutes he could have been dead or crippled from the cane beating. The sergeant at the scene added, but we (the cops) had not so luck.
Real media headline: “Police Save Man From Asian Gang”
I’m here in Massachusetts where keeping a gun handy is almost impossible. But I know where my handle-less European rolling pin is, 1 1/2” thick, 18 inches long, and very hard.
Reminds me of a scene from Monsters, Inc.
“Hinesville police could not say Thursday whether Rolle had an attorney.”
You mean so that Rolle could press charges for what he suffered?
If Georgia has the castle doctrine in place then he ain’t got a prayer.
I seriously doubt he will get a shred of sympathy from a jury in south Georgia anyway.
Metal broomstick and shovel - mechanized warfare writ small. LOL.
I can't wait to see the movie version....
The scene opens with Rolle already under attack. He momentarily breaks free, and then turns, his eyes widening in fear as he espies Rong Lin swooping in like a warrior from Crouching Tiger/Hidden Dragon, metal broomstick held high.
Many lightning-quick blows follow. Rolle is on the floor, shielding himself with his arm. Rong Lin lifts the broomstick for another blow and stops ... she notices it's bent and, with a grunt of disgust, throws it aside. In the sudden silence, the bent stick clanks to the floor. The camera follows her from behind as she swoops through the kitchen, headed outside to the toolshed. In the background, martial arts sounds suddenly resume as Ni and his parents begin chewing on Rolle's ears.
Shift to a long outside shot, from above the house. We see Rong Lin, in flowing white, moving through the dark back yard. In front, a cop car (we see only its headlights and flashers ) speeds to the house and squeals to a Hawaii 5-O stop. We still hear the muffled shouting inside.
The camera view returns to the living room -- Ni's family is gnawing on Rolle like a pack of starving dogs. Rong Lin crashes into the room, shovel held high. A high scream escapes her lips as she tenses for the blow.
The front door crashes open, and officer Barnes and his partner tumble into the room. They stare at the scene, rooted to the spot. Rong Lin freezes. The family freezes. Rolle freezes. Crickets chirp. A dog barks in the background....
Welcome to the USA. Now buy a gun.
I’d kill to see a video of this!
Snicker.
No - I believe their name was 'Ni'.
LOL! F’in brilliant! Screenwriter?
