"Local butcher, also most Kroger store will grind it for you while you watch."Very wise move. I do the same. I've never understood how all these mind numbed robots who wouldn't know a good cut of meat from a hole in the ground will go out to Wal-Mart and buy that sh1t that was pre-packaged and shipped from only God knows where. I sometimes wonder what animal it comes from at Wal-Mart. It kinda looks like red meat, but the texture just ain't right.
