Another totally nasty habit of theirs is throwing their used toilet paper on the floor of bathroom stalls instead of flushing it. I guess this is a hangover from their lack of proper plumbing, and in L.A., in lots of restrooms, there would be signs instructing people to please flush it down.
This is HangFire's favorite cultural affectation. Not.
