The Mexican mayor of Los Angeles (Tony Villar) needs to hear from all California citizens to tell him to CLOSE HIS SANCTUARY CITY STATUS. We're sick of paying for the mess!

We need to set up some vicious Mexican style prisons for such riff raff. We have to have a cheaper run prison. Our regular prisons are too nice for the Mexican/Central American desperados. They can handle being caught and doing time. Make it a much rougher prison for those who re-enter after deportation. A felony by the way with 2 years time, though I never see people prosecuted for it
