Of all people, you would think Bill would leave pardon discussions alone. Once again, he believes the American people are idiots and won't remember his pardons and commutations.

What you have to understand is....most of Bill's supporters (lefties, liberals) ARE idiots and too ill-informed/stupid to remember much of anything, much less comprehend it. I just now had one of my liberal co-workers come by and bitch about "shrub" having pardoned Libby (she must have missed the word 'commute' and the not-so-subtle difference between that and the word 'pardon'). You know (she says), the same Libby that outted Valerie Plame (her words, not mine). I'm tellin ya....these liberals really ARE Stuck On Stupid. I prefer to let them continue to live in their 'blissful ignorance' while I LMAO at them. She has no clue that I am a staunch conservative.

Mitt Romney got it right when he discussed the Clinton pardons:

While appearing at a breakfast in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Romney said Mr. Bush issued the commutation after he “looked very carefully at the setting” and that commutation was justified because Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald “went after somebody even when he knew no crime had been committed.”

The Massachusetts Republican also used the issue to take a shot at Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, who criticized the president’s decision Monday night while campaigning Iowa with her husband, former President Bill Clinton.

After Bush commuted Libby’s sentence, He knew that attention would shift to his pardons and he did what he always does and that is to attack immediately. His army of supporters will swallow this and go out and shout everyone down.

Clinton’s hold on some people is almost demonic in nature. I work with an older woman who worships the ground that he walks on. She even went as far as arguing with me that a BJ isn’t sex. Mind you, this is coming from a lady who is very upright and it just floored me as to how far she would go to exonerate him.

Bill Clinton believes now more than ever that he can say or do anything and get away with it. With him back in the public eye on the campaign trail, this could finally be the Clinton’s undoing.
