I would even dare to say that this [relentless anti-immigration thread-hijacking] is why the freepathon is taking so long to meet its goal. I agree 100%. I think many posters have been driven away by the anti-immigration nutcases and spammers who hit every single thread, regardless of topic, with their garbage. It makes it almost impossible to discuss any topic rationally and has made the intellectual quality and importance of FR decline precipitously. I'm really sorry the mods didn't get a grip on it early on.
