He has a point.
No, sorry, if you are a conservative your opinions are racist, bigoted and intolerant. Got that ? Jesse Jackson and Geraldo said so, that’s why.
What does the color of a man’s skin have to do with if he is or is not guilty of hosting vicious dog fights to make money or for any other reason? This is not a black and white issue. It is a humane and inhumane issue.
‘I wonder if Vick is the only current NFL player involved in dogfighting?’
I seriously doubt it, and I think thats keeping Goodell sleepless these days. Remember last year? Joe Porter, then a Linebacker for the Steelers, had his pit bull ‘escape’.
It climbed into a midget pony’s fenced in corral, and ripped the poor creature to pieces.
And the NFL's advertisers I'll bet....
Why are you threatening me?
Just a warning. No threat. You can do that with some posters less informed as to the current situation as it relates to this despicable activity.
Stick to them. Don’t try it with me. You are outgunned, and I won’t hide behind ‘its acceptable culturally in some circles’.
So was slavery, witch hunts, intolerance of religion, you name it. Its a surface ice appearance of ‘intellectualism’ thats designed to excuse sociopathic behavior, all for human ‘entertainment’ thats no different than the infamous excesses of the Roman era just before the fall.
They offered up similiar claims. History shows how that tactic worked out.
On that note, have a good weekend. I wish you no ill will.
Pet your dog tonight, and be glad he or she never met Michael Vick.
I seriously doubt it, and I think thats keeping Goodell sleepless these days.
And the NFL’s advertisers I’ll bet....
Yep.
I’ll bet the majority of the PETA protesters were also liberal, but this clown won’t mention that.
The "Hate Whitey" cornrows?
Good question.
Jerry Rivers is a hardcore racist so anything he says on the subject of race is not worth hearing.

Hmmm... In this picture, it looks like Vick flips off people of all races...
“The Constitution binds the government to due process of law, not individuals. As long as no private citizen commits assault or another crime against Mr. Vick, he’s perfectly within his rights to consider Mr. Vick guilty.”
Quite so - but alas it isn’t as simple as that. Even if technically these people do not assault Mr Vick, they can still affect him quite severely. Suppose as a result of this haranguing he “loses it” - his self-belief, his confidence, or whatever. Suppose he loses his job - quite possible - the charges are serious and his employers may feel they have to dissociate themselves from his name?
Gossip and slander and libel can do awful damage. The solution to me is simple. Slap a court order forbidding the media to name people accused of crimes, to be lifted upon a conviction (or an acquital, if you must)
Yes, convict Vick.
Even better, yank his career.
My problem with this whole thing is watching white affluent protesters (obviously they don’t need a day job), who will probably be marching for a “woman’s right to chose” next week.
Sorry, I got confused and thought it was still Thursday.
You’re right - the larger situation is more complex than whether a citizen is legally entitled to consider Mr. Vick guilty.
And for the record, I think this “protesting” is dumb.
I must have missed the news reports of these African Americans marching with “Constitution” signs and appealing for “due process” during the Duke Lacrosse players case. I’m sure they were there, right? sarc/
If that is true, that was than and this is now - it’s against the law, white or black, plus it’s disgusting behavior.
