Yeah, locally, the Gov is being blamed for this because he vetoed a gasoline tax, this year.
As if the gas tax money was going to be used to fix bridges. It is well known that the Dems were going to buy more choo-choo trains with that money.....
The billions excess in the state coffers wasn't enough for them. It never is enough....
