Fair enough, I'll do that. But just food for thought, she already sided with the boyfriend over her father when she attempted to barricade herself in with him. Who's to say she won't lie to put her father away?
Truth is probably somewhere in the middle. *shrugs*
Not a shotgun. Sounds like some sort of handgun, since it fit in a nightstand.
Excellent point. He didn't.
No feelilng from the waist down will do it too.
And when the boy refused to leave when ordered to do so by the property owner
___________
read the article Centurion. Especially the part that reads “Reed opened the door to find Guzman sitting with his back to the wall. Reed began beating Guzman in the face with the pool stick. Morgan said Guzman kept saying, “Stop, I’ll leave,” but her dad wouldn’t stop even though Guzman was bleeding, she told police.”
I guess the father should have cracked open a beer gave it Guzman and said “Hey Bucko, now that’s the way to nail my daughter! And that sneaking into the house thing, after I told you not to come in without permission....classic.
“Gonna be hard to deny premeditation there. Should of stopped with the stick whoopin’”
The kid should have gotten the hell out of dodge instead of locking himself in her bedroom. Surely she has a window. Even if its on the second floor, jump.
RTFA.
He ordered the man out of the house the guy refused
______________
Another non reader suggesting that the boy refused to leave after being told to do so.
For your reading pleasure “Reed opened the door to find Guzman sitting with his back to the wall. Reed began beating Guzman in the face with the pool stick. Morgan said Guzman kept saying, “Stop, I’ll leave,” but her dad wouldn’t stop even though Guzman was bleeding, she told police.”
So let’s see, according to you the fathers choices were:
A. Crack open a beer and congratulate the boy on nailing his daughter.
B. Beat him with a pool stick and then fire shots that could have just as easily hit your own daughter but instead paralyze the boy.
You sure you don’t see a middle ground somewhere?
No question about that! But it's also possible the purported kicks were self defense against the beating with the pool cue. We just don't know.
I didn’t say they had committed trespass.
______
You are right. You said that anyone you don’t yourself invite into your house is an intruder, not a trespasser.
From the same article “Reed opened the door to find Guzman sitting with his back to the wall. Reed began beating Guzman in the face with the pool stick. Morgan said Guzman kept saying, “Stop, I’ll leave,” but her dad wouldn’t stop even though Guzman was bleeding, she told police.”
I guess Dad didn’t think his daughter had anything to do with it...
He fired through a closed door. Whose to say which one he was aiming for?
What a friggin nut! Hope he’s happy now.
Speaking as someone who has been a paraplegic for 26 years, I find your comment to be humorless.
Well, you can keep someone away without killing them, or putting a bullet through their spine.
And you don’t do it by [apparently] trying to take out your 17 yo daughter at the same time.
Protecting your daughter and her honor are good and necessary things. I’d beat the crap out of anyone that hurt mine. That not what happened here. He wasn’t hurting the daughter, and she is old enough to know what she is doing. This wasn’t unilateral by any stretch of the imagination.
I’m seeing the kind of victimology thinking here I’d expect from libs. Poor women, too helpless and dumb at 17 to know not to play around with boys. Girls are also responsible for their actions, too.
