Before I actually believe any of this, I’d need to see the test results, who was selected to participate and most of all how the test was conducted.
Figures may not lie, but a clever person with an agenda can manipulate the numbers any way he wants.
I never could figure out how the ability to read and write in your native language, and reach correct answers to mathematical problems, could be “culturally biased”.

It seems some scientist might disagree with you.
It seems some scientists have a grant that presupposes things.
At least that's what I think.
There are many smart brown eyed people.
For instance there are groups in East India who are so intelligent they make a mockery of the I.Q. test.
I knew a guy who had two different eye colors!..............
Speaking of that.... I had a Japanese 3rd grade student who had 1 brown eye and 1 BLUE eye!! I kid you not! and she was one of my smartest kids in the class (not in any way implying that I believe this `study`).
My eyes are hazel, btw.. they change color depending on my mood. Yellow if I am happy.. brown if I am concentrating.. and green if I am frustrated or angry (not very often anymore).. again, I kid you not! (they were actually grey once, have no idea why.. it only happened that 1 time a few years ago..)
