Current federal law 8USC 1373(a) PROHIBITS SANCTUARY CITIES. It reads as follows:

"Notwithstanding any other provision of federal, state, or local law, a federal, state, or local government entity or official may not prohibit, or in any way restrict any government entity or official from sending to, or receiving from, the Immigration and Naturalization Service information regarding the citizenship or immigration status, lawful or unlawful, of any individual."

well I was just wondering...I heard a partial comment from one of the talking head lawyers on FNC that you can’t sue a city??? but I thought maybe you had heard otherwise...I do hope that the families of those murdered will sue!!

Is this really all it takes? After the loss of innocent life, the LIFE, the very LIFE of innocent people that are no more and will forever be no more, THIS is all it would have taken? Will the sanctuary cities that openly defied federal law, be so bold as to defy this? My heart to the mothers, fathers and friends of these young innocent victims.
