Ron Paul Dominates Non-partisan Straw Poll

Ron Paul was a guest for 45 minutes on Michael Medved today. He believed that the prosecution of WTC bombers in 1993 was the proper response to international terrorism on US soil.

Those men lived to see jihadists accomplish their goal and they plotted further attacks which were smuggled out by a treasonous lawyer.

Some “justice”.

And if you read on through to see who the lawmakers are going to be(Supreme Federal Court) you read the following

SECOND:

The Supreme Federal Court Article (90): 1st - The Supreme Federal Court is an independent judicial body, financially and administratively, its work and its duties will be defined by law.

2nd - The Supreme Federal Court will be made up of a number of judges and experts in Sharia (Islamic Law) and law, whose number and manner of selection will be defined by a law that should be passed by two-thirds of the parliament members.

Article (91): The Supreme Federal Court will have the following duties: 1st - overseeing the constitutionality of federal laws before they are issued. 2nd - overseeing the constitutionality of the laws and standing regulations. 3rd - interpreting the text of the constitution.

4th - ruling in cases that emerge from the implementation of federal laws. 5th - ruling in disputes between the federal government and the governments of the regions and the provinces and local administrations. 6th - ruling in disputes between the governments of the regions or provinces.

7th - ruling in accusations against the president of the republic, the prime minister and the ministers.

8th - endorsing the final results of parliamentary general elections.

Not only that but Pat Buchanan, though chronically wrong on foreign policy in recent years, at least had the sense to be a patriot and a rational human being and, once war began, to zip his lip on it consistent with patriotism and American tradition.

Pulling out of Iraq

If you haven’t noticed, much of the world’s oil is coming out of the Middle East. The much of the rest is under the thumb of Socialists who wish us ill. China, Russia or the USA can influence the Middle East and each would have the ability to keep the oil flowing or shut it down.

Of the three, which would you like to see influence the Middle East?

If we start down the path of energy independence and announce that we would be building 10 plants to convert our shale into usable petroleum, open up our coasts to offshore drilling and if we announce we were going to build 40 nuclear plants in 7 years, I wouldn’t care quite so much who had their finger on the spigot. That isn’t going to happen unless we purge our environmentalists and their cadre of lawyers.

Right now we have held at bay the nuts with nukes threatening the worldwide flow of oil. They potentially could damage the world economy by taking out oil production and refineries. I would consider that a threat to our security and justification for sticking our nose into the Middle East’s business.

There is a lot at play and many hidden strings that are being pulled to see that fail in our endeavor in the Middle East.

Who’s interests would be served by the Jihad winning the war?
Russia
China
Venezuela
The Democratic party
Most of the media
Most of Europe

That just makes me itch thinking about being in bed with that crowd. Doesn’t it seem strange that the Paulistinians would be encouraging freepers to join them?

Who’s interests would be served by the Jihad winning the war? Who’s interests would be served by electing a anti-war candidate and why wouldn’t they funnel money to organizations to push a presidential candidate that will lose the war to the Jihadists?

The French did play a role in training, supply and they did use some of their ships, mainly to piss off the British. They even landed a few brigades under Count Rochambeau. It would have been a tougher fight without them, maybe a loser.

That being said, that was France circa 1770s...

This is much ado about nothing. I don’t understand why so many people put so much stock in an online poll that has nearly zero validity. How many average americans actually responded to that poll? How many registered voters? How many who actually vote in elections? What, no way to give that information you say? The very fact that the top two candidates in this poll are RP and DK should be a huge indicator of just how lame this poll really is. Stop trying to make hay out of straw (pun intended).
