I used to have that one. I’d scarf down whole pizzas or 4 hot dogs and fries and not even blink. Now if I try that I’d be sick, not just fat.
The best thing I did besides getting rid of the fatty foods was splitting up my meals into 4 smaller meals instead of 2 or 3 larger meals. Easier on the digestion plus it makes it possible to enjoy a wider variety of foods every day.
If more people would consider the fact that your stomach is about the size of a tennis ball, they would realize how gross it is to shove so much food in at one time. Yuck.
