I don’t think Hannity knows quite how to handle himself outside of that mutual-congratulatory mental-masturbation-fest that is his radio show. 80% of the dialog is Sean and the caller telling each other what “Great Americans” they are.

He was a cheerleader for invading Iraq, and it's now been shown to be a mistake.

Like hell it has.

agreed. Intellectually or emotionally, Hannity can’t handle give-and-take with somebody who doesn’t agree with him 100 percent.

That internet poll was worthless.

Hannity is a putz. I wouldn’t expect anything better from him.

I have to admit I’ve changed my mind about Paul. While I think he’s a bit too isolationist, I like a lot of what he says, particularly concerning government agencies and the ever-growing budget.

Ron Paul is demonstrating to the moderates and independents that he is the candidate of choice, there is no spin from Ron Paul, he calls it as he sees it and his ideals are similar to most true Americans

Sad it takes a gambling website to speak the truth. You won't see anything like it on Republican websites

“I’m guessing that many, many registered voters don’t text.”

I don’t know how to text on my cell phone, and I have no desire to learn. But you can bet the Paulistinians are pole texting experts.

Based on a poll of text messagers?

I’m surprised that Sanjaya didn’t win.

You're probably right. But that also says that the other candidates don't have very enthusiastic supporters.

Not necessarily. Many people have just not engaged yet, this whole thing started way too early. But I can tell you this, if Ron Paul continues to act like he did last night, he will quickly turn off any rational person.

Bingo! It is my understanding that the supporters of perennial Democrat loon candidate Lyndon LaRouche have cast their lots with Ron Paul this time around.

Quote: “He is sincere, fiery, and speaking his mind in a bold fashion. He is also wrong, and has no chance in hell of becoming President.”

To hear him stammer (and I am paraphrasing here) “bu bu but the Republicans are losing elections. . .for the good of the party we have to get out of Iraq” was disgusting. Oh, I see, screw what is good for the country, its what is good for the party. Hmmm, it can’t possibly be that line of thinking that loses elections, could it? So for Ron Paul, it is more important to keep his entitled job as a politician than to do what is good for the country? You know what, give me term limits and step on it. The sooner we are rid of career politicians, the better.

Ron Paul’s performance and behavior at the debate last night has convinced me that he is nothing more than the south end of a northward heading horse. Everything that comes out of him is crap.

Texting is the most unscientific poll there is.

Does anybody over 25 years old actually text ?

Does anybody under 25 actually stand in lines to vote in an actual election ?

Not to mention the fact that only registered Republicans should be polled about a Republican debate.

So what have we really got ? A bunch of Dems, probably teenagers, texting votes for their favorite “Republican” candidate ? Naturally, they’d like the weakest candidate to run Hill or Obama against.
