Obama - if you are out there - this is your chance. Make a big deal out of this - remind your loyal democrats about how this is picking up right where the first Clinton Administration left off - come on Obama, pick it up!
They most certainly CAN explain themselves. They have a threefold argument:
1. We are the Clintons.
2. We are Democrats.
3. Bush is a liar.
Such logic holds great sway in the press.
