The World Series is going on? Who’s in it?
I’m taking a break from “History of Argentina,” but will soon be going to bed with it. The catz are renegotiating their personal boundaries rather loudly.

Boston and Colorado. A Boston win here will make them champs for the 2nd time in 3 years.

Thanks! My priest is from Boston, so we hear a lot about sports when the Red Sox or Patriots are doing well. He’s a good guy, anyway ...

You could post pictures of any fun Anglican broads. LOL. Okay, Here's Dawn Eden (Dawn Patrol blog fame).

I read Dawn Eden’s book, “The Thrill of the Chaste,” or something like that. It was really good.

I’ll bet there’s cheese somewhere nearby, too.
You are so decadent.

It was in the Union West Regional Library, a terrific place which I am happy to support with my tax dollars and Friends of the Library donations.
I thought Ms. Eden’s discussion of chastity was among the best I’ve seen. She really made the case for chastity as a duty to yourself and your hopes for lifelong happiness.

No cheese, but I had a piece of whole wheat bread with peanut butter a few minutes ago, and I’ll have a large drink of water before bed.

Here’s Shannon, with a large purr. I guess Wednesday has adequately restated her dominant position for now.
Time to feed the catz and get the aforementioned water. Early start to the day tomorrow. The Big Van is making a noise that sounds like “new brakes.”

My vehicle doesn't seem to be quite right, but it's something I barely sense rather than anything I can point to explicitly.

Bummer...corporate IT set up Symantec anti-virus on my machine with the group settings in the registry locking it out for user changes - and, of course, it kills my email connection to my home email.
I’m not a Symantec/Norton fan at all. Peter Norton was great in the days of the 8088/80286, but his name has lost all value sometime between then and now.
Now I’ve got to kill off those services before checking my email from home. Too bad msconfig doesn’t have a batch processor/interpreter inside it! Oh well, such are the woes of changing employers...they all have their own policies.

If one loosened the definition (a lot!) one could include this book cover:
