Pretty DUmb to claim to want to be “independent from mid-eastern oil”, but vote no to drilling in FL or ANWR.

Why has Hunter never held a leadership position in Congress or elsewhere? I like his perspective but I doubt his team-playing or Aministration-building skills

He chaired the Armed Services Committee, actually.

Being on economic issues, this debate should be Rudy's best, and he has had some good answers. However, he really seems a lot less polished this time around.

Dare I say that the extra-long campaign season might be wearing some of the candidates down? A few of them seem off their game this time around.

“I wouldn’t drill off the coast of FL” First thing I ever agreed with McCain on, although he probably doesn’t mean it.

>> I wish the others would just drop out but they are going to stay in so they can barter for convention speech time.

Agreed. They’ve had 8 months to get traction ... now they’re just distracting.

Thompson, Giuliani and Romney should probably be the only three left ... though McCain and Huckabee might have made enough of a dent to stay around for a little while longer. Everyone else should hit the showers ... its over.

Fred is not a strong debater, for sure. He’s playing within his skill set, however and not messing up, which I believe was his goal..
