I really want this to pass. Then I’ll declare my homosexuality publicly, insist that I should have had higher raises but didn’t get them because my boss knew of my secrect proclivities, make a million or two in the settlement and not have to work any more.
In this type of situation the burden of proof will be on my employer to prove that they didn’t discriminate.
