"I speak for at least half the people here, including the Founder Jim Robinson, who has stated he will not vote for Giuliani under any circumstance."
Agree.

Don't Cut and Run, vote pro-life every time. It's the way you always win.
We cannot diminish the value of one category of human life the unborn without diminishing the value of all human life. Ronald Reagan
I agree.
Down with Rudy!
God bless....
Amen!
Bump for Life
bttt!
Well, this has changed my mind on Rudy.
Pro-life bump.
bump
Knock him out in the primaries, then.
Great idea!!
I will not vote for Rudy who, I have read, says that he would pay for an abortion for his own daughter.

Lest there be any doubt (and strangely there is), Jim Robinson is making it clear that Free Republic is a PRO-LIFE forum.
Well, there go both Ron Paul and Rudy!
My primary vote goes to FDT. I’m doing my part.
Rudy would rip that little one from the womb... literally limb by limb if need be. And he’d have the taxpayers (you and me) pay for it. To hell with the evils of abortion and abortionists!!
As far as I’m concerned, regarding the pro-life issue, Romney is far behind Rudy.
Make that read “isn’t far behind Rudy.”

Agreed. BUMP
I must dissent. Although the Republican party has strayed far from conservative principals, it is still to be preferred to the Democrat party (which itself has now dropped all pretense of Americanism and has come out of the closet as a full fledged Marxist organization).
I have long voted for any Republican over any Democrat in every election. There have been some major disappointments — the most salient of which is Arnold Schwarzenegger. But conservatives have no choice other than to stay in the political process and vote for smaller government and yes, judges who more accurately reflect the values of conservative Americans.
Permitting democrats to take elected offices will not protect any of the unborn. It can only serve to make things worse.
Respectfully,
Ben
Bumpus Maximus! JimRob, thanks for having me over! You are the man!
I won’t be voting for any abortionist. Period. If the Republican party abandons the fight for Life & Liberty then it has abandoned me. As Ronald Reagan said, I did not leave the party, it left me.
Ron Paul introduced H.R. 776, entitled the “Sanctity of Life Act of 2005” and has clearly been on the side of pro-life, how do you count him as anti pro-life?
Right to Life act 2003
“Today I am introducing legislation that, if passed, will once and for all protect our unborn children from harm. Over 1.3 million abortions are performed in the United States each year and over 38 million have been performed since abortion was legalized in 1973. This is a national tragedy. It is the duty of all Americans to protect our children - born and unborn. This bill, the Right to Life Act, would provide blanket protection to all unborn children from the moment of conception.”

Beautiful!
Well said. This is why we have primaries but in the end, if the choice is dificult, I’d hope we’d have a great turnout. I can’t tolerate the thought that folks would stay home or skip the Presidential race.
(Just askin' ...)
Thank you for posting this beautiful picture of who we’re fighting for!
Abortion
Hunter introduced H.R. 552, The Right to Life Act, on February 2, 2005. The purpose of the bill is to “implement equal protection ... for the right to life of each born and preborn human person.” In the 109th Congress, the legislation collected 101 cosponsors.[5] Hunter states that The Right to Life Act “would legally define personhood as the moment of conception and, therefore, guarantee all constitutional rights and protections, including life, to the unborn without utilizing a constitutional amendment.”[6] Hearings for H.R. 552 were scheduled for December 12, 2006, but were cancelled right before the House adjourned.[7]

I just have to wait for the primary to see who comes out on top.I do know one thing,I’m NOT voting for a RINO.I’m sick of voting for Republicans and then seeing them turn into liberals overnight. NO more.
Pro-Life Ping!
Jim Robinson is reiterating that Free Republic is, always has been and always will be pro-life.
I agree. But what do you do if you have pro abortion candidates in both parties? Is the “beast” gonna suddenly get religion and be pro life? Not hardly, right? I’m thinkin we have a real problem this time.
I am thoroughly convinced that there is this small percent of Republicans, maybe 10-20%, who would - LITERALLY - give their immortal souls away to not have to see Hillary win. I honestly think that they could care less what happens to the GOP, the Conservative movement, the Supreme Court, the Right-To-Life, or anything else because they are so blinded by fear and hatred of Hillary that they would give all 100 Senate seats and over 500 House seats to the Democrats if it meant she doesnt win the Presidency. Theyll deal with the fallout and permanent damage to the movements later - just as long as Hillary loses.
“Lest there be any doubt (and strangely there is), Jim Robinson is making it clear that Free Republic is a PRO-LIFE forum”
If you don’t stand up for the unborn, how can you stand up for anything else ?
no matter how we say it;
No Rudy, No Problem
NO GIULIANI = NO PROBLEM
The rudybots want voters to vote the general election at the primary. The primary is the PRIMARY.
Giuliani is Hillary.
We would not vote for Hillary Clinton to be the Republican nominee.
We therefore should not vote for Rudy Giulaini in the primary.
No Giuliaini, NO PROBLEM.
Agreed!
Bump for LIFE!
I made no mention of his stance on that.
I referenced his cut and run policy.
Are the two connected in some way?
I must agree with this statement. If this involves voting third arty, then so be it. It that results in Democrats taking office, then so be it. I must take responsibility for my own vote, and what that says about me. I will not compromise my values and convictions just so Republicans (who do not differ from Democrats other than foreign policy) can win an office. I will stand up for what I believe.
Ditto.
Thank you!
“I made no mention of his stance on that.”
then stay on topic, this is a pro-life thread.
Ping. I will never vote for any of these baby-killers. Anyone who believes that it is ok to murder the unborn is irredeemable in my eyes.
Roe vs. Wade must be overturned and the unborn must have a voice in America! Fred will nominate just the right kind of judges to do that. Fire as many liberal attorneys as he can as he comes into office.
While he's at it, he could clean up the State Department and Pentagon of all liberal attorneys. That would be a good for America!
"Make no mistake, abortion-on-demand is not a right granted by the Constitution. Nowhere do the plain words of the Constitution even hint at a "right" so sweeping as to permit abortion up to the time the child is ready to be born."
"We cannot diminish the value of one category of human life--the unborn--without diminishing the value of all human life."
"Abraham Lincoln recognized that we could not survive as a free land when some men could decide that others were not fit to be free and should therefore be slaves. Likewise, we cannot survive as a free nation when some men decide that others are not fit to live and should be abandoned to abortion or infanticide. My Administration is dedicated to the preservation of America as a free land, and there is no cause more important for preserving that freedom than affirming the transcendent right to life of all human beings, the right without which no other rights have any meaning."
