There is nothing as important to the future of this country than this election. The Beast has to be stopped. The future of Fox News pales in importance compared to the choices we are about to make as voters. After their fall, a new, better version of Fox News will rise from their ashes.

Hey, the charge isn't that Fox is favoring "the Beast." See the rest of the MSM for that.

But do we really want to sound like this?

Take on the bigger offenders: ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, PBS, NPR, NYTimes, WashPost, LATimes.....on and on and on.

Fred wasn't on any of those places. He was on FOX and it was FOX sticking the knife in his back. If Fred would not fight against those who are knifing him in the back, why should anyone think he would fight for us?

Just watched the Fox interview. Chris Wallace asked a few questions that weren’t attacking Thompson. All Thompson had to do was shrug it off. Instead he gets all bent out of shape. Fred Thompson reminded me of Bill Clinton. They both are very thin skinned. Why so defensive?

Or maybe Thompson wants to sound like Rosie O'Donnell here.

“You think McCain has a chance?”

I hope not but going by the only indicator that we can, polls....he’s got more of a chance than Duncan, sadly.

Just saw the replay here on the west coast. The school of journalism teaches talking heads to interrupt the guest when he is making stinging replies to your slanted questions. FRed did a great job on Wallace...

Fox did not stick a knife in his back. Those shows grab the headlines and talk about them. The headline was about New Hampshire polls. So maybe they could have expanded their conversation beyond that headline. But that was the headline. I remember seeing it posted here on FR.

Exactly ,I am still waiting for the reporting on How many people are disgusted that these sleaze bags are now campaigning 2 years before an election. I for one think Fred was right in waitng to get into the race, he should have waited longer .
Of course these Piles of Human debris in the media would be walking around with their fingers up their butts waiting for a campaign to start with nothing else to talk about except OJ Simpson ,Brittany Spears and their own self importance . I for one agree with Fred ,there has not been one study on starting this insanity so early, just Fred getting in so late according to them

Wallace puts up the quotes from Barnes and Krauthammer as the concervative attitude towards Thompson (which he normally would never do about ‘Fair and Balanced’ FOX). As Fred pointed out that these two gentlemen were not the Alpha and the Omega of the conservative movement, Wallace did his best to shout him down. That was the ‘sticking in the knife’. They clearly are believers in the ‘Golden Rule’. He who has the gold (Murdock) makes the rules.

How did Goldwater do in New Hampshire? How did Reagan do in 1976? How did George H. W. Bush do?

When was the last time a GOP southerner won the New Hampshire Primary? (Answer — Never). Our friends and neighbors in New Hampshire have not welcomed a group of southerners since they welcomed Pickett’s Charge in 1863. They are not about to start doing so.

Hillary is delighted.

The thing to do is stop pushing the third and fourth best candidate, Hillary doesn't scare anyone anymore, if we keep running socialist hack RINO's then we deserve her.

While I do like your taste in women, guns and cars, it seems that our remote commonality must end there.

I do not agree with every decision that Bush has made, but I will continue to back him based on what he has done for our country and the world.

I will do that, while you go about wearing you bullet bras, as you scream to yourself while you think you are making a difference.

Your post makes it obvious that debating with you would be akin to talking to a lib and I refuse to ever waste my time on those freaks.

When you have done as much as President Bush has for our country, regardless of the daily attacks from the traitors, you get back to me and we’ll talk.

Now, as for only 3 disagreements in 40 years...give me a break. Do you honestly expect anyone to believe that?

I have been with the same beautiful and loving Bride for over 35 years of a very fantastic and blessed marriage, so I no better than that. Heck, we have had more disagreements than that over what exit to take off of a freeway or what wine to have with duck.

God Bless President Bush, his leaders and our Troops.
