I see you’re from Washington State too. I’m in the Seattle area, and boy - talk about right in a left world! (from your home page).

"The war in Iraq is not covered to its potential because of how dangerous it is for reporters to cover it," said Liam Madden, a former Marine and member of the group Iraq Veterans Against the War. One of the huge errors the insurgents made in Iraq was making it difficult for their allies in the MSM to get outside of the greenzone and take video for propagandizing Americans on the nightly news. In this regard, IEDs were truly a double-edged sword.

Lordy...I’m in the Portland area.
That might explain my built in defensiveness. ;o)
I’m sorry DakotaRed.
I misread what you were saying.

No sweat. Good to see you’re a Hunter Supporter as well. I live way down South in Vancouver. Rarely venture into Portland, too danged Liberal for me, LOL.

I read it as sarcasm - telling them to come forward and confess so they could be prosecuted.

Next summer the war won’t be an issue, so other issues have to be invented.

Not to worry, I replied to geopyg thinking it was you. Must be my dull platinum blonde hair, LOL
My apologies if i came across too condescending. It has been a long week and honestly, seeing all this nonsense start up again irritates me no end.
This time, we are not going to take it and will stand up to these “vets,” if they really are.
And yes, I do hope each one that says they committed a war crime is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No one is forced to commit such acts, but some do and try to blame others.

It’s almost officially winter, so these would be our...Winter Soldiers, right?

Where is the “Not this shit again” guy? Arrest these turncoats as soon as they confess, and throw the book at them.
To: DakotaRed
At this time, I’m irritated more than I have been in my life...since Carter.
The “vets” here, now, and before...mean much to this country.
I hope we are going to see a “Reagan” moment...landslide.
However, I don’t know how things are going to shake out.
The next month will tell the tale.
Thank you for forgiving my stupidity. ;o)

Its almost officially winter, so these would be our...Winter Soldiers, right? As was mentioned by someone earlier, I would imagine that their "Winter Soldiers" would be greeted by another group of "Winter Soldiers" with a decidedly different point of view.

Sorry...just calling attention to your post.
Who would be “our” winter soldiers?
I expect an answer.

For the moonbats, the temptation to embellish and to invent will be irresistible. I've actually read John kerry's "The New Soldier" and I can tell you that you are dead on. the stories the Winter Soldier guys were telling were completely bizarre.

Lordy...I hope there is someone on duty watching this.
Is this more sarcasm?

I’m not a winter soldier.
My husband was there.
I have a decidely different point of view.
I hope you are banned from this forum.
I will do everything I can to make that happen.
